One of my favorite ways to prepare shrimp is the classic, shrimp scampi. I never thought about translating a scampi recipe to the grill, so I was thrilled when I recently discovered this recipe for Grilled . . . → Read More: Outdoorlicious! Weekend Grilling Shrimp Scampi

One of my favorites, watermelon, cools me off just thinking about it. And, watermelon is very good for you. (It’s the color red that holds the key to nutrition).

Always on the lookout for a new grill recipe and always eager to try fruit in a new way (it never fails to impress guests), I found this one very intriguing. Having never eaten grilled watermelon, I think that this will . . . → Read More: Outdoorlicious! Weekend with Grilled Watermelon
